Julian Fashion Srl has received a grant under the Call for Support for Female Entrepreneurship of the Emilia-Romagna Region, following the submission and approval of the project entitled: CONCIERGERIE PROJECT, THE NEW AND INNOVATIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE OF JULIAN FASHION. For years, the company has equipped itself with an online sales system that is increasingly expanding. The project aimed to expand and innovate the services offered to the customer through customer care, to achieve greater customer loyalty. The goal was to increase, through the introduction of new software and tools, the ability to assist the customer, reducing the required times. Thanks to the possibility of recording the preferences and needs of the customer on a new CRM, creating a profile capable of providing important information on how to manage it better, the aim was to consolidate the bond between the company and the consumer, so that the clients would choose to turn to Julian Fashion for their purchases.
